Introduction
This online Chapada dos Veadeiros travel booking service is locally owned and operated by Sussuarana Routes and Expeditions, a local incoming tour operator formed by people who are passionate about nature.
We have been in the ecotourism business for 6 years, since Cleyton Ogura da Costa moved to Chapada. He was born in Curitiba and when he was 17, he moved to São Paulo to study civil engineering. Passionate about ecotourism, he began visiting almost all the National Parks in Brazil. In 2000, he founded Chapada dos Veadeiros because he had decided to make a new life project. Nowadays, the project has become a real success at Chapada: nature and ecotourism with Sussuarana. As a musician, Cleyton also participates in community projects like theater shows with children and local musical groups. He is the actual coordinator of ABETA Goiás(Brazilian Association of Adventure Tourism Companies of Goiás State).

Caring for Chapada dos Veadeiros
Sussuarana operation is based on sustainability of our destination. Our main local partners are the Private Natural Heritage Reserves Vale das Araras and Bacupari. This year Sussuarana started a pioneer partnership with Macboot, an adventure equipment company; we are equipped with their boots and clothes. There is another project called "Click Plante"(click plant), where website visitors can plant a tree at Chapada dos Veadeiros by just clicking on the internet. We believe that responsible and social actions are the only way to work with nature and provide the future to the next generations.

The difference in our services is in the personal attendance and the qualification of our team, in agreement with the SSSM (Sussuarana Security System Management) and implemented in the current process of certification "Secure Adventure", which is financed by the Brazilian Government and ABETA (Brazilian Association of Adventure Tourism Companies).
